Before becoming one of Victory Records’ best-selling bands, releasing albums on major labels, and playing Ozzfest, Hatebreed was a local hardcore band from Connecticut who created some of the most heavy, powerful, and angry music of their era. This 7” EP was the band’s first formal release — it was faster and more raw than the Hatebreed millions came to know later on, but was showing glimpses of the powerhouse Jamey Jasta and company would soon become.
